Hickory Club Membership Cancellation Policy

All Hickory Club memberships are seasonal memberships running October 1 through May 1.

By enrolling, members are committing to the full membership season, regardless of whether they choose monthly payments or the paid-in-full option.

Early Cancellation

Members requesting to cancel their membership prior to May 1 will be responsible for an early cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining membership balance.

Once a cancellation has been processed, all membership benefits, included hours, discounts, and club access associated with that membership will end.

Paid-in-Full Memberships

Paid-in-full memberships are offered at a discounted seasonal rate and are non-refundable after the membership season begins on October 1.

Exceptions

Hickory Club understands that unexpected circumstances can arise. Exceptions may be considered for circumstances such as relocation, extended injury or medical circumstances, or other significant life events. Any exception or adjustment is at the discretion of Hickory Club.

Membership Hours & Credits

Unused membership hours or credits have no cash value and are non-refundable. Monthly included hours expire at the end of each month and do not roll over unless specifically stated otherwise.

Agreement

By purchasing a Hickory Club membership, the member acknowledges and agrees to the membership term and cancellation policy outlined above.
